I want to keep track of things I want to do. Whether it be a goal for the end of the week, month or year. It could even be a life goal. But I need to start doing things for myself and maybe reward myself with something or even just to be able to say hey I did this!
Goal: Weigh 140 (current weight 148)
Reward: New pair of jeans!!!
Goal: Read two books a month (starting May)
Goal: Go skydiving this summer while I'm still here in England
